Why should I report an Issue with DottedSign - eSign & Fill Docs?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. So I would recommend to try the app next year in the free trial mode before you commit to the subscription.I simply wanted to be able to have my signature saved digitally so i could sign docs without having to print them off.

2. Bearing in mind I downloaded the app from the Google play store it's a bit ridiculous that although i can see the doc i can't actually open it to sign it! I go to help and can't get any.

3. Some room for improvement though; deleting signed document (own document) can be made easier.

4. Copy gets emailed to you automatically for record.Horrible UI, can't add more than one document to get signed.

5. While talking to the support they said that the problem was caused because of some issue in the system which needs fixing with some big updates which may come next year.

6. After I completed the document and send it back to the sender I cannot view the document.

7. I was able to request for the signatures and once the signing process is done the file couldn't be opened in pdf.

8. Only can load up a file if the original copy saved as a pdf format only.

9. One think that I would add is the ability to send the document through an sms/text message from a computer.

10. I'm in a hurry so to me the app has been a totally useless waste of time.This app makes me want to commit a violent act against my phone.

1. Fix DottedSign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DottedSign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DottedSign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DottedSign" » Open DottedSign - eSign & Fill Docs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DottedSign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DottedSign - eSign & Fill Docs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DottedSign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DottedSign - eSign & Fill Docs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DottedSign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DottedSign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DottedSign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DottedSign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DottedSign not working

2. Fix DottedSign Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DottedSign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DottedSign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DottedSign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
