1. Would give it a 5 star because it can be very helpful but just downloaded the app and this happensWhat is the point of an app with options to pick if it just takes you to other apps to download!? Some of us only have so much space for downloads!Doesn't work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Children's Health Issues

1. Fix Children's Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Children's Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Children's Health App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Children's Health" » Open Children's Health » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Children's Health » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Children's Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Children's Health servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Children's Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Children's Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Children's Health might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Children's Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Children's Health then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Children's Health not working
