Because I couldn't add the rental vehicle, I paid the toll twice - once with the transponder, and once via the rental company, because the license plate on the rental was not associated with the payment via transponder.I enjoy the E-Pass toll app because I have the option of saving close to 50% off toll prices.

2. I've already updated the app but it still seems to have difficulty with the simple things like it's customers being able to easily log in and make their payments.AVOID USING EPASS! THEY ARE TOTAL CROOKS! But what do you expect from a Florida run company?! 8. I got this because it indicated that a single transponder could be moved from one vehicle to another, as when renting a car.

9. Now that I know this, by getting account through website, I no longer am eligible for the half off toll amount do.

10. I was able to edit my vehicle and add more details (make,model, and year).

11. I like that you can automatically add money if it goes below a certain amount so you don't have to worry about balance for long distance trips.The people on the phone were fantastic, but the app stinks.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix E-PASS Toll App Issues

1. Fix E-PASS Toll App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "E-PASS Toll App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check E-PASS Toll App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, E-PASS Toll App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall E-PASS Toll App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall E-PASS Toll App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing E-PASS Toll App not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make E-PASS Toll App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
