1. Been using it in a Limo business for a year now and it works good but the appearance and the blue rectangular buttons and arrangement looks like made by a first grader.
2. Ive also been using it for over a year now and the Android version still has no option to login without the app automatically trying to connect to and AOBRD, even though the iOS version has had it for at least several months.
3. I'm the admin and find many of the problems can be solved with more training.**Update** Posted a bad review awhile back and shortly after an update came out which resolved a lot of the issues.
4. The JJ Keller rep said this is to improve connectivity, which outside of no service signal has not been an issue for me when utilizing the "only when app is running" option.
5. Overall, it does work, but is the worst elog app I have ever used.Maybe you could start working on usability now? Custom button layout would be nice, so I can put what I want in the main screen.
6. Also, I shouldn't have to make a duty status entry when I log in.App frequently crashes during startup with no error reporting option.
7. The least you can do is get rid the inspections and messages buttons, as they are mostly unused, and replace them with on duty, off duty, and sleeper buttons for one-touch status change.
8. While the back office system is not very intuitive to set up, once setup, it is very useful with a large amount of data.Much improved after my initial review.
9. Initially with the AOBRD standard, it was very buggy - a lot of crashes and problems with connectivity and submittals.
10. I've said it before THIS APP IS GARBAGE!!!! Stay away, I have to use it because my company makes me but I wouldn't recommend to anyone.After the recent update, the app will not let you in unless you option the "always on" for location permission.
11. Will keep on driving status while the vehicle is turned off with no way to fix it and soooo many other issues.
