SIS2GO Customer Insights

1. I was having issues logging in (it was looping back to the main screen) when I got a new phone, but clearing the data and cache resolved it.App is working great, can scroll through schematics, service intervals, parts diagrams, information/product updates for machine, in the palm of your hand!Extremely slow even when using wifi.

2. Only difficult is picture of the components is not clear, it difficult to identify the parts sometimes.... Others all are good....Good! It helps a lot on the field with the troubleshooting.. only if the image interaction was like the PC version, when searching for parts.App not working.I have tried several times but app is not opening.The app takes forever to download manuals (if it downloads at all...) and all the pictures/info are dated.

3. Not user friendly.Nice update, 3d animation and navigation is much better now ☺️Continuously loops you back to the login screen after a successful login.

4. Disappointing.It's a very good app to identify the part numbers and service articles.

5. This is a great idea but the app is not dependable! My screen just goes white once the app opens.

6. I use this app very frequently when troubleshooting different issues with our equipment.

7. Worked fine a while ago.I have over 100 pieces of CAT equipment I'm responsible for.

8. It's easier to just use the mobile website.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SIS2GO Issues

1. Fix SIS2GO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SIS2GO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SIS2GO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SIS2GO" » Open SIS2GO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SIS2GO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SIS2GO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SIS2GO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SIS2GO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SIS2GO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SIS2GO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SIS2GO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SIS2GO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SIS2GO not working


2. Fix SIS2GO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SIS2GO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SIS2GO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SIS2GO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    Just would like to know if sis2go is like the old offline sis(old dvd pack). As i am on regular sites where there is no internet and sis2go does not work without internet.
