1. Customer service is easy to work with and very friendly.Works good most of the time but seems to be weird 😕, slow response if you receive any interruptions while putting a car online like a text message or phone call it screws it all up .

2. When uploading from saved pictures, the app does not upload the photos in the order you want.

3. When uploading photos from camera having to click the check mark and wait for camera to load up again takes awhile.

4. You can upload inventory from within the app and pictures as well.Crashes while uploading, after updating no longer able to rearrange prior to uploading so you have to save then reopen.

5. User interface is easy uploading is fast hence I gave 3 stars.If this app could get any worse it would make our lives easier.

6. Hate the fact it does not post to social media automatically anymore.

7. You have to go in and change the order of the pictures each time, and multiple times at that.

8. the website they built was nice but we don't get to keep that, do we? im asking for a full refund even though they gave us like 5 months free.

9. Their pricing is absolutely insanely cheap and they post on social media for you as well.

10. I can't copy email address from prospects and when I use the app or website to reply my email replies go to the prospect spam folder.

1. Fix Cars Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cars: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cars App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cars" » Open Carsforsale.com Dealer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cars » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Carsforsale.com Dealer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cars servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carsforsale.com Dealer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cars app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cars might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cars. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cars then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cars not working

2. Fix Cars Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cars be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cars not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cars may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
