1. I expected more from a German company.Mediocre experience (app doesn't save draft messages, no multi-user login, no bulk images, upload) that's further worsened by bugs (e.g. it takes at least 4 tries to get SMS for 2FA login and sometimes it doesn't work at all).cant log in.

2. The 2 step verification is unnecessary and time consuming.

3. Keeps telling me that I've never used this app with my device when obviously I have multiple times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Chrono24 Issues

1. Fix Chrono24 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Chrono24: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Chrono24 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chrono24" » Open Chrono24 for Dealers » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chrono24 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Chrono24 for Dealers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chrono24 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chrono24 for Dealers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Chrono24 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chrono24 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Chrono24. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chrono24 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chrono24 not working
