Why should I report an Issue with BA4You?

1. Perhaps in a few months or years we will see it working properly, but being something which is supposed to help staff, i doubt it.I have read every review and I'm surprised their is no sign of improvement... been trying to access staff travel on my phone.

1. Fix BA4You Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BA4You: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BA4You App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BA4You" » Open BA4You » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BA4You » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BA4You app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BA4You servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BA4You" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BA4You app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BA4You might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BA4You. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BA4You then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BA4You not working

2. Fix BA4You Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BA4You be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BA4You not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BA4You may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
