Teen Counseling Customer Insights

1. I recommend this for teenagers struggling with mental health, and although the app itself is free, you will have to pay fees like you would with a normal therapist. This app isn't great, if you are the few people that got help from this app kudos to that but apparently some people's issues are too complicated to have them receive any help.

2. It has made a huge difference in my teenage daughter's quality of life.Great doctor, easy process, cheap payments°°I think people misunderstand that this app isn't supposed to just be a little 'chat to a helping listener' kind of app.

3. That's the only thing I haven't liked.I absolutely love all it's features I love the therapist I have, I love the journal and the option to share your journal with your therapist.

4. It took a few tries, but I matched with a therapist that truly cared and was willing to work with me! It's perfect for my busy life.

5. 5 stars :)I love the access as a parent, the counselor has been able to work with both of us.

6. 100% recommend!!I have been looking for a teen counselor for more than a couple years.

7. Because of this in the past it had actually made my case worse giving me the notion that I am too broken to be fixed and I'm too far gone and that I would never get the help I need all because my mental state isn't stable and cannot find anyone to help me.

8. I usually talk with my therapist once a day and that's all I personally need, but if you want a more hands-on 24/7 experience, this might not be the best choice for you.

9. The app makes it very easy to journal, message the therapist between appointments, etc.

10. But I've been grateful for the help I've been able to get throughout this stressful time.

11. You have unlimited text, can video or audio chat, or just text, your info is protected, and it's very easy to access on all electronics.

  • Hey there, I would like to cancel my subscription because I don't really need help. I found successful ways to cope with my problems and I have good friends who listen and try to take care of me. My parents always make me happy. I finally feel alive again. :)

  • Hello. I would like to delete my account.
My reason for this is because I didn’t read the introduction carefully. I misread that my parents didn’t have to pay anything for the subscription. Even though I haven’t subscribed yet, I would like to delete my account and data from your company.

Based on the GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, under one calendar month I should get a email from you about my account and the data being totally deleted. Today is the 4th May so I should get the mail on the 4th of June this year. The consequence of not doing this is 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.
