Your app gives the guidance of a personal trainer but at your own pace and not the cost of a personal trainer.I also enjoy that it allows you to substitute workouts for other ones that are similar if you do not have the right equipment.I've used so many different fitness/gym/workout apps and this is definitely top three.
2. Instructional videos have helped with each exercise, being able to adjust the weights (& have different weights suggested based on performance) is really good.
3. 1 adding the option of equipment currently being used button when you need to replace a work out while working out because that's usually my case when I'm at the gym and the other options are not applicable.
