1. Now, unnecessarily large graphics take space from useful information, the easiest thing to click on is resetting one's progress (!), the graph is stripped of data (reps, this is what we're trying to improve on over a long period of time, remember?) and info on calories - for whom? The, now, very small buttons - in no way made for someone in the middle of workout to hit, hands shaking! The only thing that was wrong from before, was the insane progression rate the program is set to, and this is the only thing you didn't seem to change.Update: through this app I was able to do 100+ press-ups this time last year.
2. In any case, this can be useful for workouts, it doesn't teach you how to do the correct moves or how you can make it more difficult would it be that you for instance easily do 200 situps (as I do), but the timing function is great to use and it can in fact give good results, especially since this has 5 sets instead of the too common 3 sets.
3. Thanks for taking the time to bring this app back to life, it's much appreciated!I like having multiple workouts in 1 app and having the last round of each workout as a max test.
4. Highly recommend for this kind of small workout sessions to get in better shape or in addition to other training :)I do hope it's just a start, as you say on the welcome screen.
5. I would only change a couple things 1)have a countdown timer to start the hold workouts like planks.
6. Burns calories really well and even ends up helping with stamina. The app is super simple and it's motivating to have a clear goal and plan for whatever muscles you want to work on.
7. Additionally, the UI without a large button in the middle means that you can't use this app in splitscreen and watch a video at the same time. This is a good app.
8. I understand these were likely chosen intentionally because they work all the muscles, but when you have 2 types of dips, likely one to work triceps & the other to work the chest, it does feel redundant.
9. i get a couple extra seconds on my max round between hitting start and hitting stopIt's good, clean, & simple.
10. Looks great, functionally broken.I used to love this program when it first came out, but then the functionality went bust.
11. You see results in increase of repeats after even two sessions, no matter in what shape you are, and if it feels too rough, you can for example repeat the week before moving on to the next.
