1. I picked up a route which said 0-99lbs when i got to the warehouse it was well over 300lbs ...warehouse guy laughed and said my bad i put the wrong weight mind you It was only paying $27 but when i called dispatch and tryed to explain the weight difference they gave me $4 when i had to load and unload all kind of boxes and heavy spools of wires.

2. I wish the drivers who have been driving with Dispatch the longest should get offered orders first.

3. This is a big issue because drivers are getting in trouble for jobs being overdue! Update: The app gave me fits today! Was unable to swipe arrived/leaving pick-up.

9. Change to auto refresh every five seconds.Dispatch used to be an amazing platform comment it pays very well for the deliveries, but 6-8 mo.

10. But would not give me any of the information regarding the work order or pick up and drop off location.

11. Also, to see new deliveries available, the driver must slide a finger down the screen to refresh the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dispatch Issues

1. Fix Dispatch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dispatch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dispatch App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dispatch" » Open Dispatch » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dispatch » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dispatch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dispatch servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dispatch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dispatch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dispatch might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dispatch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dispatch then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dispatch not working


2. Fix Dispatch Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dispatch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dispatch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dispatch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
