1. You can find a lot of exercises like this for free and you also can't really predict where your pregnancy will take you.British users: I am having trouble paying for this app as it is an American company charging you in USD which my bank charges extra fees for.
2. Allowing someone to experience the service for greater than 7 days allow for a true and wholesome review while embracing this new phase of life. The daily bites give useful information as well as motivation for the day.
3. Poor!I didn't want premium because I didn't want the $100 price tag... Only today realized that they charged me premium anyway and took out $100 from my account and didn't notice until a few months later.
4. It is so overpriced! Some of the breathing exercises don't come with sound affects or guidance (written or verbal), so you just have to stare at the screen which doesn't allow you to focus and go inward.
5. So if you are American ignore my review.Easy workouts, built in reminders, great encouragement for pregnant ladies and beautiful design.
6. I don't follow the meal plan, but so many of the recipes look delicious! Lots of great things in this app! This app is not user friendly at all.
7. They provide weekly meal plans and recipes but the infographic doesn't link to the recipe.
8. Pregnancy usually last nine months while post-partum recovery knows no bounds.
9. I did a yoga video which was so poor, 30 minutes and few postures for most of which were folding over your belly.
10. My issue with this app is that most features that a pregnant or new mom may need is included in a package.
11. Edit: bug fixed by devsSmooth operating and has clear labels on menu function.
