Not once but story plus signature asked for here to see yes it works etc But not if it wasnt like this.it really deserves zero starsTHE BESTEST ASUS WIRELESS DUO FOREVERESTI give a 4 stars coz battery didn't meet requirement cos I keep on upload the file it's wouldn't last 6 hrs or more it's about close to 3hrs instead of saying 6 hrs is not true overall still good.

1. Fix ASUS Wireless Duo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASUS Wireless Duo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASUS Wireless Duo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASUS Wireless Duo" » Open ASUS Wireless Duo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASUS Wireless Duo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASUS Wireless Duo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASUS Wireless Duo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASUS Wireless Duo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASUS Wireless Duo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASUS Wireless Duo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASUS Wireless Duo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASUS Wireless Duo then reinstall.
