1. Multiple times I've had to reset the mesh system because the app decides it had enough of doing what it's supposed to.Junk junk junk, just like the lyra itself! Fails to connect almost all the time, even when it does it takes 5-10 minutes for operations to finish.

2. Also I can never access any Lyra network remotely and check their staus it just hangs for ever and then doesn't let me back out....Fix Your Damn App, Asus! It's been three weeks since you broke it with your last update.

3. Don't understand why "easy wifi sharing" shows the intranet information rather than the guest network informationExtremely bad, Its the worst app to ever exist 3 and a half hour later and still not able to establish the network.

4. Fix your damn app!Latest software update is showning Ethernet backhaul not connected ..even though remote Lyras are green on the units and appear to work correctly.

5. In the end, after hours of fiddling with the device/app, still unable to connect to my router in mesh mode! One node worked (after an hour or so) the other one keeps failing.

6. It took about 3 hours and customer service calls to finally get the system working.

7. Honestly if I had my time back I would have went with the eero system for about the same price or Google wifi system and saved a few bucks .

1. Fix ASUS Lyra Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ASUS Lyra: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ASUS Lyra App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ASUS Lyra" » Open ASUS Lyra » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ASUS Lyra » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ASUS Lyra app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ASUS Lyra servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ASUS Lyra" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ASUS Lyra app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ASUS Lyra might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ASUS Lyra. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ASUS Lyra then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ASUS Lyra not working

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ASUS Lyra may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
