Why should I report an Issue with Nexxt Wireless?

1. The Nexxt Wireless App will allow the expansion of new product line, along with the addition of new and enhanced features.

2. Compatible only with our Acrux1200,Nebula1200-AC and Vektor3600 Wireless Router.

1. After setting it up as a repeater from the pc, turns out the app is not compatible with the repeater mode.I have a Vektor mesh which I totally regret buying Nexxt do not offer any support nor firmware updates at all; products get stucked with the buggy firmware they came out of the box.

2. The support takes forever to respond, if you appreciate your money even though you end up paying a bit more it's better to consider other options such as Google WiFi or AmazonSometimes the app hangs on saving the settings and you have to restart it.

3. Otherwise not a bad app to set up the devices (I have the Vektor 3600AC).The application is stuck, slow, sometimes the routers do not respond and cannot be controlled.I have the NYX 1200 AC and it's supposed to be compatible with the app but it never recognized the router.

4. On top of that the app lacks reboot option so you have to manually disconnect the nodes from the power outlet to have them reboot.

5. I'd love if the devs could add the option to reserve IP addresses.

6. Not so many options as you will see in a router.

7. Pretty useless in my experience.

8. I had to use the pc for the initial setup regardless.

1. Fix Nexxt Wireless Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Nexxt Wireless: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nexxt Wireless App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nexxt Wireless" » Open Nexxt Wireless » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nexxt Wireless » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nexxt Wireless app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nexxt Wireless servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nexxt Wireless" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nexxt Wireless app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nexxt Wireless might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Nexxt Wireless. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nexxt Wireless then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nexxt Wireless not working

2. Fix Nexxt Wireless Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nexxt Wireless be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nexxt Wireless not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nexxt Wireless may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
