1. THANKS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.A JOKE! the whole "Earthlink project" has been a nightmare & I HAVENT EVEN MADE IT THROUGH MY FIRST BILLING CYCLE YET! Pretty much willing to take the hit, screw the contract and just run elsewhere! They understand me I understand them customer support would actually "support" strange concept Earthlink, i know, BUT it does happen, just not in your cubicles! SOME companies pride themselves on offering quality products @ affordable prices & quality support this isn't one of them! BUYER BEWARE!!!I just started with earthlink, and I was told you could not see your bill until the due date, then I am having issues trying to see what I need to pay.

Now it won't work at all I give it my email and pass word it says it can't find acc, well I can't pay the bill if I can't get the damn app to work so I guess I'll have to find another internet service.What a horrible company paid the money to activate the modem and it was supposed to be on and working when I plugged it in.

5. This is a scam.EarthLink new upgrades will not transfer my email over to my new phone and is a very big disappointment as long as I had it.
6. And my phone keeps saying it's unsafe.so,must be a lot of bugs in it.
