1. I recomend!!Love the app .. Problem im having is changing my password when i enter the recovery words in it tells me theyre wrong ... Im copying them from the screenshot i took when creating my wallet .. Would really love to resolve thisand this too just lose its accuracy after few minutes.. #THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOUR COMPETITORS ARE EQUIPPED WITH MODERN TOOLS WHILE YOUR VIP STILL BEING BLOCKED FROM LEGAL TRANDACTIONS..(MOBILE) DOES NOT ANY OF YOU DONE RESEARCH ON SWITCH..YES AND I DONT KNOW WHICH ANY OF YOU DOES THE SWITCHINGS MY ACCTS...Meh Shows the balance but when I tried to send the xrp to other wallets, it just doesn't work.

2. I suggest you stay away from this wallet! Sorry to have to make an amendment to what I thought was a great and promising wallet.Was excited to try out the wallet but no matter how many times I've carefully read the instructions and no matter how many combinations of passwords I try i am not able to unlock the wallet.

3. The link to activate this wallet doesn't work.

4. I added Captal letter, small letter punctuation and numbed and it didn't work, why will i change my review and it was more than eight chatacters.

5. However, when you try to transfer your assets to a different wallet, the destination tag must have 10 digits.

6. i had a language problem with my cell phone and they help me solve very faat the problem and i was able to withdraw my ripple.

7. This is a great wallet.

8. Don't use this wallet because it is not safe for storing any crypto.

9. The one supplied with this wallet only has nine.

10. 1 of each character (8) Looks cool and shiny from 50 yards.can't create password of my own choice even though I adding everything they request they can't allow me create it.

1. Fix XRPHI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart XRPHI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the XRPHI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XRPHI" » Open XRPHI : XRP Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XRPHI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear XRPHI : XRP Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XRPHI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XRPHI : XRP Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check XRPHI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XRPHI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall XRPHI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XRPHI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XRPHI not working

2. Fix XRPHI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XRPHI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XRPHI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XRPHI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
