Bloom Customer Insights

1. The app is not worth the money or headache.The app doesn't allow you to sign in once you've signed up for a subscription and created a username and password, and the option to sign in via Facebook doesn't work either.

2. The only downside for me is that everything takes a long time to load.I didn't particularly love the quality of meditations, the editing of some of the meditations is weird (end abruptly) and struggle to find something I can 'work' with.

3. It takes ages to load, you cannot login properly, it crashes before you can load anything and there is no option to download meditations to do them offline without having a signal on.

4. The service, the app and the quick handling of a little problem deserves a 5 THANKYOU FOR THIS CREATION ❤Was super excited to try this, purchased a year subscription and had to return it because it wouldn't let me log in.

5. Once the technical issues are resolved, I gladly install it again :)Good selection of guided meditations ranging from short ones (2 mins) to longer ones.

6. Be careful not to double up on subscription services when trying to troubleshootCharged my on day 6 of a free 7 day trial for a year.

7. I emailed the company to see if they are working on it and got "Due to the amount of enquiries we receive, please allow 24-48 hours for a reply".

8. I didn't want to just give up so I contacted the developers and they got back to me to within the day, created me an account and was all fixed.

9. They also offer 10 day themed meditation courses for different themes and topics like Anxiety, Stress relief etc.

10. C'mon guys!After purchasing the app wouldn't let me create an account or sign in.

11. In comparison with other leading apps of similar nature, Bloom needs to step up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bloom Issues

1. Fix Bloom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Bloom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Bloom App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bloom" » Open Bloom : Better You » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bloom » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Bloom : Better You app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bloom servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bloom : Better You" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Bloom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bloom might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Bloom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bloom then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bloom not working


2. Fix Bloom Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bloom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bloom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bloom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
