1. The CyberArk Identity mobile app provides you with secure access to all your organization’s applications and resources from your Android device. • Single sign-on (SSO) access to all your cloud and on-premise apps while giving IT the security and compliance they need. • Easy-to-use adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) to better protect corporate data.
2. Choose from single-tap one-time passcodes or push notifications to mobile devices and smartwatches. • Secure access to corporate email, mobile apps, VPN and Wi-Fi (if enrolled into MDM service). • Separation of your personal and company apps and data via Android for Work (if enrolled into MDM service).
3. If your company has licensed necessary Identity services, all you will need is the authentication credentials that you normally use to log into your company’s CyberArk Identity portal.
4. Before installing this app, please verify that your company has licensed for necessary services from CyberArk.
5. This app may use the Device Administrator permissions, if your company has enrolled into MDM services.
1. When accessing the app on my laptop, no issue! Before when logging in on my iPhone, no issue! So, APD providers have been getting flagged for location violations because this app! Not good! When it works it is ok.
2. One improvement would help, if possible - when approving an auth request via the Notification bar swiping down - the App won't actually acknowledge/submit the approval *until* the notification panel is swiped back up to hidden.
3. Would be better if the approval event fired immediately when tapping on the notification option. This app does not allow geolocation for Android devices.
4. I sent them a message to put the previous version on the Play Store until they fix the issue. With the update I've lost all the tokens I had synced.
5. The bug or whatever it is having right now needs to be fixed so I can see my grades, please! For a couple of months now, hitting the back button on the app pulls up the last (already approved) authentication request.
6. At the very least let me keep my tokens.Installed on my personal phone in order to use programs required for work.
7. This happens when the app is opened following a notification, not just opening the app for itself.Gets stuck on Android OS when composing messages or replying, even after clearing the cache.
8. Using this app is a work requirementThe app works very well to create a secure portal for Corporate Apps.
9. It's intrusive, it's tracking my location, tracking my installed apps and phone activities.
10. I went through 3, let me repeat, 3 Android devices before figuring out that the issue isn't my account.
11. I cannot complete the update because it was already installed on a work profile.
