1. Very bad.DONOT PURCHASE THIS SCALE!! This was best smart scale app before latest update! Latest update has improved UI but what's the use when mobile itself won't connect to the app?! Tried connecting manually through Bluetooth menu, its clearly showing rejected by device!! Dumb app, worst experience.

2. Big issue is connectivity.The app was working fine till last year, after the update the app is having issues with connecting to the smart scale app and there are reading errors as well.

3. Can't connect to the scale.. colors are hideous but more importantly data logging and understanding has become terrible! Why would you ruin something which works!?I was using this for the last 3 years.

1. Fix ActoFit Health Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ActoFit Health: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ActoFit Health App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ActoFit Health" » Open ActoFit Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ActoFit Health » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ActoFit Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ActoFit Health servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ActoFit Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ActoFit Health app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ActoFit Health might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ActoFit Health. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ActoFit Health then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ActoFit Health not working

2. Fix ActoFit Health Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ActoFit Health be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ActoFit Health not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ActoFit Health may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
