1. Common guys, its 2019, validate all the fields and find out from the hardware developers what the max length is.Can no longer connect to our BE467 locks since the latest update.
2. You can't unlock readers from within the app.This app is cumbersome, it takes me an hour to explain to lay people how to use it... Also why does the lock have to be connected to WiFi Schlage? Just use my phone's data to connect to your online database.
3. Upgrading to the latest firmware resolved the issue.Super buggy implementation, screen goes to sleep while refreshing linked devices, on wake, it forces another refresh that takes forever.
4. The app needs to be reset every time you do a firmware update to a gateway.
5. I end up using a iPhone it worked great!!! Don't waste time just get a apple product to work with this locks/ gateways.
6. I have a large site with around 90 gateways and 250 wireless locks and i am forced to use this app to activate this equipment, the process has taken far to long because of all of the issues with this app.
7. So unfortunate this is the only tool I have to help residents and update locks.
8. I've checked permissions, reset bluetooth, and reinstalled the app, and still can't connect.This is by far the worst app I've ever used.
9. By far, the most horrible part is poor form validation, took me 3 days to figure out why an NDE would pair then fail on communication.
10. The developers should really just scrap this garbage and start over.This app basically never works...it rarely connects without multiple attempts and times out and crashes.
11. I'm a belibier, Ha!Says that a required update is needed but doesn't allow me to update it.
