Horrible 😰Garbage application every car broker apparently needs their own app now to feel special, does the exact same thing every other of the 50 applications that do the exact same thing do but even worse somehow 👍Hello , when will the app be up and Running great way to help us the Carriers keep the process smooth and Digitalized.

2. One more thing, with U-ship code for payment, you can insert any codes and the app will let you finish the delivery (what about multiple transactions codes? I had a situation like that.)Ship.cars is an extremely powerful and useful app and website for small and large car hauling companies.

3. Also no paperwork, sends automatically all the needed docs to brokers, customers...etc. And the most important it is FREE!Saves me money with the ability to inspect and document with date/time/GPS and signatures.

4. Worked on 2 units, now wont allow me to finish pickup.Horrible app, won't let you login, tried to reset password but never send the reset to the email.

5. LOVE 💘 IT.if you try to scroll down look in something and exit back it always puts you at the top of the app very frustrating!!!!!Galaxy s22 ultra running android 12, issue with freezing while taking a picture.

6. The import tool is great, meaning you can have all your brokered loads in the same place without having to switch between different apps, sheets etc.

7. First things first, it's absolutely free unlike some other apps, that have similar purposes.

8. 😉Very slow, some time I need to wait while the picture is processing or I have to retake it.

9. Bottom line; if you haul vehicles for a living, you **NEED** this app!Very good and easy to use.

10. I can go long way justifying my review but I don't feel the need to.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SmartHaul App Issues

1. Fix SmartHaul App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SmartHaul App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SmartHaul App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartHaul App" » Open SmartHaul App by Ship.Cars » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartHaul App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SmartHaul App by Ship.Cars app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartHaul App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartHaul App by Ship.Cars" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SmartHaul App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartHaul App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartHaul App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartHaul App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartHaul App not working


2. Fix SmartHaul App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartHaul App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartHaul App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartHaul App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
