1. That's not a good sign for a business account.This app, oh my! Life saver! Its been so so easy for me to plan my business spending, i can now budget for each of my business expenses, and get alerts before i exceed my budget, it has helped me stay disciplined to stick with my budget.

2. True there is an account with your business name on it, but it is suffixed with "Flex Finance/Sparkle/" something like that... Before your company name shows And sometimes when trying to send money to the wallet, the error message of "cannot retrieve account name" comes up.

1. Fix Flex Finance Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Flex Finance: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flex Finance App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flex Finance" » Open Flex Finance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flex Finance » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flex Finance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flex Finance servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flex Finance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flex Finance app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flex Finance might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Flex Finance. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Flex Finance then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Flex Finance not working

2. Fix Flex Finance Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Flex Finance be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Flex Finance not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Flex Finance may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
