1. Before anyone says anything, i know the permissions and notifications were right.So my phone has to be on silent before the notifications has no sound? I only want visual reminders and I even chose silent under "Choose Sound".Why does it send notifications every minute? I've set it to send notifications every 60 minutesCan't edit the time, also you won't egt any notification when you don't open the app directlyCompletely useless u won't get any notifs untill u open the app and ıt doesen't run in the bg like it shouldJust give us the freedom to edit the time for the notification schedule.I don't get notifications!! What's the problem?Helps me a lot.

2. The whole point is to remind me to sit and stand up straight but it never sends any notifications unless i open it.

3. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because if I don't swipe away the notification, I don't get a new reminder until the notification of the older reminder is cleared.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Posture Reminder Issues

1. Fix Posture Reminder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Posture Reminder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Posture Reminder App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Posture Reminder" » Open Posture Reminder » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Posture Reminder » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Posture Reminder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Posture Reminder servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Posture Reminder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Posture Reminder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Posture Reminder might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Posture Reminder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Posture Reminder then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Posture Reminder not working


2. Fix Posture Reminder Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Posture Reminder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Posture Reminder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Posture Reminder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
