1. My only complaint is that the app doesn't give a 3 sec prep between moves so you have to ready before the next move starts.Does exactly what it promises- the 30 day challenge is varied & tough, plus offers additional work outs, and the app has really kept me on track.
2. i did my first beginner workout session - 1 Min and 20 seconds is 1 minute and 20 seconds i didn't do in the past year.
3. next level added the reversed push up....laughed so hard at my inability to get my butt off the ground i was gasping and had to quit! have found that you can do excersizes without the timer, so that helps if there is a new move.
4. Planks are one of the best exercises to strengthen your core muscles, and this app lets me choose from many different options so I can vary my routine from day to day.
5. For the $30 liftime access price tag I'm seriously considering purchasing.Amazing app to keep me honest with my workouts! Ive had sciatica pain from bulged discs for over a year.

7. Different than the other popular ab workout app in that the rest time are very short and the intensity is high.
8. You can constantly add 5 seconds to your rest if you need it, plus you can do individual planks or a 30 day challenge.
9. This app make you feel so successful, the beginner level is very reasonable and starts slow and steady.
10. Also "Pause" does not work anymore when you just tab anywhere on the screen, just on a small button.
11. Wanna have back the old version.Super easy to use, straight forward and even the free version isn't obscured by a ridiculous amount of ads.
