1. The other cool feature is showing the word you don't understandIt is a very good app, I am expecting that it will be very helpful if all the private clinics and hospitals are connected, thus the patient can be directed accurately to the doctor in the speciality needed.

2. About the app itself, I think if after the main complaint the customer can be asked about associted symptoms to minimize the differential diagnosis and this will help also to minimize the number of questions asked.

3. Basically, it is highly functional since you need to go to the doctor much less frequently and if you need so, you can directly contact one through the app.I didn't get a chance to use the app, as it is stuck on the page where it asks for your permission.

4. I think there might be some bugNice, just simply don't have to Google stuff up like "Why do I have a runny nose and sore throat" or go to the local doctor.

1. Fix Avey Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Avey: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Avey App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Avey" » Open Avey - Empowering Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Avey » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Avey - Empowering Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Avey servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Avey - Empowering Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Avey app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Avey might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Avey. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Avey then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Avey not working

2. Fix Avey Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Avey be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Avey not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Avey may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
