1. Staff is fooling patients and this app is no help at all.App full of bugs, show's only patients id , nothing else, no doctors name no reports, no medicine, when you try to update profile, it crashes.... Overall useless appIt is very easy.
2. the patient details also while entering have format issues and could be streamlined.Having serious issue bug in app When proceeding to choose a payment option WEB PAGE not available is showing and then when going back again then showing slot already booked.
3. Also the hospital staff gave no help instead they asked to fill a form to which we said, we are already trying to book from app, he said,It will not work and asked for extra 100 rs for that form.
4. the bookig appointment feature could be done better as the date and time shows but can't book as it unavailable and you discover that you have to skip the dates to check next slot.
5. Someone, please take note.this app was way better until 2021... Since then, with each update, it's performance is degrading and its getting slower by day.Useless app.. I spent my whole 15 minutes kn booking an appointment from here.
6. Keep up the good work.Horrible. Can't change profile, can't add profile, always says " please fill mandatory field" even when you fill all fields.
