1. Not sure about how the tracking works because the product I use isn't listed and waiting 48 hours for it to be added is ridiculous; I can't be bothered to provide all the required information for you (a picture? Really? I gave you the weblink with all the details, a picture of the physical item is irrelevant).

Will try to Uninstall & reinstall & hope that works.It was really great when it first started, but I took a break because I unfortunately couldn't afford my medication, and now that I'm back there are so many restrictions on the point earning system that it's not much better than the other tracking apps out there.

3. Five out of five stars, would recommend to, thank y'all SP.This is by far the most useful app to track my medical marijuana usage to see which strains work best for me and which do not work so well.

4. However a few weeks ago I tried to get caught up on multiple sessions and after wasting hours logging new strains and doing 3 surveys I discovered none of my points would update.

5. I honestly love this app, but for the past two days, every time I go to track a session, it says something went wrong, rendering it unusable.

6. Two emails to support received no reply.Seems like a good app however while inputting it slows n then stops a bit of a piss off.I'm fairly certain the app doesn't work properly on Android devices.

7. I really did love it to help keep track of which strains help me with what.

8. Per FAQ section on website I logged out & attempted to log back in & now getting error message of "oops! Can't log you in, something went wrong".

9. Keep getting "something went wrong" error message.

10. I'll continue to use them because I want to keep being loyal after so many years, but if I was just starting this journey, I'm not sure I'd keep this app anymore.

11. I do get a notification to take a Follow-Up survey but clicking that notification does nothing, and then there is no place to find the survey within the app.I love this app so much!! I use this it daily and so happy I found it.
