1. Perfect if you are already not fat or on a diet, but don't expect a six pack if you eat much more than you metabolise.It's a great app but it doesn't give you a warning when you're halfway through the exercise and also doesn't give u a option to add 10+ seconds on your rest.
2. Very good, it helps my abs sooooo good soon ill be like rocky!!!! Theres nothing wrong with it they hardly ever have ads and i get to choose from 7 minutes to 8 minutes to elite with i think is 15 minutes but im not sure.
