I like the variety, and how it has many workouts for whichever area you want to focus on (abs, legs, etc.)Awesome app, I like the progressive nature of it from beginner to advanced, but it would be nice if there were 4 levels instead of 3 with an extra between the intermediate and advanced levels.
2. Trying to find out how to Not get charged is too time consumingWhat I love best about this app is the ability to customize any workout by swapping out moves for harder or easier.
3. It's been some time since I've practiced yoga and I appreciate the extra time that you can add between each pose.
4. Ads aren't super loud or disruptive, and they ease you into the harder workouts with time to adjust.
5. Being able to edit the moves and change the time is a very nice feature.
6. Detailed descriptions, a break between each exercise that you can modify (10,20 or 30 second rest) so you can get to the next pose before the timer for the exercise starts.

10. For a beginner its perfect, and as it advances it becomes more challenging so It's great you can redo any of the 30 days programs.
