1. Good for one like me who tends to like exercise and could use a fresh workout now and then to feel like new.This is an awesome app! The lady's voice alone is refreshing... Not the usual "grate on your nerves" voice.
2. This also keeps track of what days you do your workouts and that is really helpful.I love this app, started using this when the pandemic hit and we went into quarantine.
3. You can skip, pause, or add time when it's "resting" time between exercise.You can choose the level that you start at & target areas/goals.
4. The beginner level is appropriate!It's GREAT! It's really easy to customize and with all the extra add ons like water and step trackers it really covers all the bases.
5. I don't need to struggle to find workouts from multiple sources so this is super convenient for someone super busy like myself.
6. πͺπͺThis app makes it very easy to do workouts at home, the ai gives useful information during workouts and constantly reminds the user when seconds are almost up.
7. I don't mind the ads but recently in the past two weeks when I try to open the app to start my exercise there are certain ads that prevent me from actually starting the exercise routine.
8. I LOVE THIS APP I been using it and now I am really picky with all the other work out apps like I have to do this one.
9. Definitely a plus that there is multiple languages, different difficulty levels for exercising, target areas, custom routines.
