5. During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.
Tawakkalna Emergency Customer Insights
1. Yesterday I was trying to book into a hotel, there was half a dozen people in the lobby also trying to book in, but weren't allowed because the app wasn't working! Very poorly designed app.Wish I could give this app zero stars.
2. It logs me out daily & doesn't have the option to let me log in as a tourist, so every single time the only way to log in is to go to the reset password page.
3. Signing up was a problem couldn't select nationality for a long while and when it gave me that option I could only choose an arabic country.
4. When I try to reset password it shows another error that data entered (Iqama & DOB) is incorrect.
5. Not workingThe worst ever app i have used It has been 5 months that my tawakalna app is not working It just say to update mobile number.
6. Maybe they have made it super heavy with so many features.Very bad! Nationality options doesn't open.
7. This app also doesn't work for all phones, It keeps telling me "something went wrong, try again later".
8. This is an excellent app with an amazing content, i wish other countries learn from this app.
9. You need wifi to access the app so you can't even go out and explore the city nor can you get an option to print or save the PCR test.
10. But even then the app doesn't work half the time.
11. Even if app would load, it won't be able to show anything just because of data package limitation.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Tawakkalna Emergency Issues
1. Fix Tawakkalna Emergency Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

Hi
I had register the tawakkalna as a visitor but recently i have received my Resident identity and i wanted to use my resident card number on the tawakkalna. But unfortunately i forgot the credentials and when i was trying to reset the password i was failed to do so. So if you can delete the account i can register the tawakkalna with my resident Id number instead of my passport. Thank you
