1. I know some limitations are due to regulators, but really, should look into making it more convenient for all users.It kept saying, "Upload your identity after allowing the camera to access the app, even though I allowed it multiple times also with location and contacts, it kept saying the same and I couldn't upload my identity verification.

2. I have many other payment apps which works fineI really like the idea of this app, but it's giving me the "Device Not Original" error at startup.

3. My device is rooted but I have other payment apps and they're working fine.

4. But the app is good or more because I didn't try everything in it.Not working, it says: this device not original, for security issues you can't use this application.

5. So the app for me till now useless also I restart my phone 2 times but didn't help at all.The app too slow on a very good internet connection.

1. Fix Jawwal Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jawwal Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jawwal Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jawwal Pay" » Open Jawwal Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jawwal Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jawwal Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jawwal Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jawwal Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jawwal Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jawwal Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jawwal Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jawwal Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jawwal Pay not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jawwal Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
