1. Compared to most of the other apps I've tried and uninstalled several days later because of their annoying ads, this is been the main gallery on my phone for several months.

If you can live with the occasional ad then I would recommend this.Always had this on my phone, and now with all the phone's things must change nothing can stay the same, there is about a hondred different Gallery's and stuff that everyone tried and don't work on some phone's and some we must buy, at the end we use only one of them.

4. The developer include a unlimited time deletion on the recycle bin instead of 99 days option as a max option.Sometimes crash while viewing and zooming in hi-res image.Good app overall but no option to turn off ads such as purchase add free version.

6. I've tried clearing the cache, updating the app, restarting my phone, unistalling then re-installing, but nothing stops the app from getting stuck on the ad screens.

7. I'll update in a few months either way.Was a great app, but now all the full screen ads that pop up after you click on anything, freezes the app, doesn't even fully load the ad, and forces you to close the app using your HOME or RECENT APPS button then re-opening it.

8. There are to many options with better features available to bother.I don't mind the ads, my Sony no longer has its own Gallery app so I needed something.

1. Fix Photo Gallery Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Gallery: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Gallery App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Gallery" » Open Photo Gallery - Album, Vault » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Gallery » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Gallery - Album, Vault app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Gallery servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Gallery - Album, Vault" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Gallery app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Gallery might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Gallery. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Gallery then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Gallery not working

2. Fix Photo Gallery Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Gallery be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Gallery not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Gallery may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
