1. I relied on the thumbnail to know what they are as I didn't name them properly, makes using the app for a video library hard.Good app, but using the built-in video player sometimes doesn't display the drag to seek forwards/backwards button on some videos, which is major issue.

2. Only remedy so far is to take the photo with wifi off (so the cloud backup doesn't happen), then delete the photo off Google Photo before it has a chance to upload it.Perfect app for a hidden media library.

3. *Tip- When transferring data make sure to use the exact same password as on your old device when setting up new lockmypix app on new phone and restoring from a backup you made on your old device.

4. I can't stress enough that you should back up as often as you can either on the cloud or on your device or you run the risk of your files vanishing out of nowhere like I did! Literally the files vanished from my SD card!Nice app with a few minor exceptions.

5. Also, the issues as faced by me that I commented here are now fixed!!! Kudos to Team LockMyPixGreat app, good for travel use, where you can store all the important stuff encrypted in case you need it.

6. Backup to SD card fails forcing backup to device and moving; after analysis, found it's the app, not my card.Great app! Has all the features one needs.

7. First it's too easy to refresh the screen, and why would you need to to begin with? so if you select items and then accidentally pull too far down it refreshes and uncheck all your selections.

8. Now it seems that those files plus all others that were inside the renamed folder can no longer show any thumbnails and I can't get them to refresh it without removing the files and entering them again.

9. Taking a photo with this app, Google Photo will also pick up the photo and subsequently backs it up on cloud, unencrypted.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM" » Open LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM not working

2. Fix LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LockMyPix Photo Vault PREMIUM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
