Why should I report an Issue with JStock:Stock Market, Portfolio?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Yocto Enterprise to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I would love to have an option to show all values in the same currency, ideally the local currency.Pros: Looks good, functional, useful as widget.

2. Cons: *extremely slow* obtaining current stock price or news - taking 30+ seconds or just times-out with an error.

3. (As in, you don't have to watch 30 second videos every time you want to see what's going on.) There's also a nice widget, so you can have quick information on your home screen without having to open the app.I am not sure how this app got such a high rating.

4. I usually don't get bothered by those and I know it is not a big deal, but since I have to look at it every time I start the app it is mildly infuriating.I have been using this app for 3 years for recording normal trade, fractional trade, foreign currency, etc.

5. as well, i wish the monthly charge to remove ads was less, or at least offer a reduced rate 6 month or yearly subscription ( $25/year? )This is a nice, lightweight app to track the performance of your portfolio.

6. I can understand wanting to generate some revenue from the free version but that much traffic on my dataplan? Pass! Looks good, but is sadly not usable on my phone.

7. for example, you can only adjust stock alerts from within the watchlist screen.

8. Luckily the stock while either be highlighted red is it goes under your limit or green if it goes over and that's always correct.

9. Stock charts regularly don't reflect real prices (the high/low/opening prices display correctly).

10. When you set stock alerts they just go off randomly even when the stock hasn't hit the limit.

11. would like to see 1-click access to stock alerts so adjustments can be made quickly.

1. Fix JStock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JStock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JStock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JStock" » Open JStock:Stock Market, Portfolio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JStock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JStock:Stock Market, Portfolio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JStock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JStock:Stock Market, Portfolio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JStock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JStock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JStock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JStock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JStock not working

2. Fix JStock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JStock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JStock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JStock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
