Why should I report an Issue with WeFocus: Focus, Pomodoro Timer?

That's why i gave 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I could see myself using this pomodoro timer if two things were added: An option to start with any timer (I often start my work with a short break or long break timer to time work setup like starting my devices etc.) and an option to set a custom sound for when the timer finishes.

2. As it is it's okay, but not the timer for me.I love how minimalist this is but it is absolutely freaking ridiculous that you have to pay to get sound for an alarm to let you know when do stopped working take a break.

3. Absurd!This app is very helpful because I don't have a watch and I could set it for any time I want which will be very useful to meI give five stars it is simple and easy to use.

4. I have not noticed adds and it works offline.I'm giving this app a 2 start because i dont like how you have to pay to get a bunch of the "cool" thing.

5. For example, if you want one pomodoro for studying schoolwork, and another for music practice and the times need to be different.

6. Also for the timer to go off you have to have the sound off.

7. And they gaves you break also after doing your work .

8. You CAN change the amount of time and the number of pomodoros, but you cannot add another one.

9. And when you dont pay for it you have to hear a clock clicking sound.

10. I like to have nose running in the background so it doesnt work out very well.I really like this app a lot .

1. Fix WeFocus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WeFocus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WeFocus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WeFocus" » Open WeFocus: Focus, Pomodoro Timer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WeFocus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WeFocus: Focus, Pomodoro Timer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WeFocus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeFocus: Focus, Pomodoro Timer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WeFocus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeFocus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WeFocus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeFocus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WeFocus not working

2. Fix WeFocus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WeFocus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WeFocus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WeFocus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
