1. This has a lot of the right functionality, but it's all disconnected.too many ads, bad design, error messages that doesnt mean anything, cant change language.. really bad experience, uninstalled after 5 minutes.it does not export/manage costs which is a fundamental pillar of most of the projects.

2. project management is managing time, assets and money... not only two of theseOf Gantt chart and how easy it is crate tasks.

3. I have also downloaded the Android app and it keeps crashing saying Registration Failed and won't let me skip past.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Project Planning Pro Issues

1. Fix Project Planning Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Project Planning Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Project Planning Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Project Planning Pro" » Open Project Planning Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Project Planning Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Project Planning Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Project Planning Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Project Planning Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Project Planning Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Project Planning Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Project Planning Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Project Planning Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Project Planning Pro not working


2. Fix Project Planning Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Project Planning Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Project Planning Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Project Planning Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
