1. Looking forward to a possible update.Useful if ALL you want to do is send a payment.

2. But, from what I can tell, there is no way for this app to show the user their payment history on a particular debt or the remaining debt for their accounts.

3. Worthless if you want to know your balance or any other useful information.Anything the IRS comes up with is stupid.

4. Without this, I'm not encouraged to use this app more than calling in to place my payment and get the needed information.

5. Can't look and see why they say you owe money all they want is your payment information.

6. App is not of any use.Doesnt work anymore says need to update app and there is no update!Paid taxes without leaving the house.

7. My payment went through successfully that one time; so I don't have an issue there.

8. Having these features would greatly assist this app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DMS Debt Pay Issues

1. Fix DMS Debt Pay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DMS Debt Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DMS Debt Pay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DMS Debt Pay" » Open DMS Debt Pay » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DMS Debt Pay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DMS Debt Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DMS Debt Pay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DMS Debt Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DMS Debt Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DMS Debt Pay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DMS Debt Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DMS Debt Pay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DMS Debt Pay not working


2. Fix DMS Debt Pay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DMS Debt Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DMS Debt Pay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
