1. I have had several ghost buses arrive and pick me up on the app, but actually no bus?a lot better now, plse amend app to permit favourite bus stops to be organised in a different order that what they are created in - but a vast improvement.

2. Literally, the worst bus application I used in my life.Can't have any faith in this app because the routes aren't always updated correctly to reflect road closures & it doesn't always show what buses are actually available.

3. This app should be illegal.. Don't trust this app.Having canceled buses is a real disruption and is compounding when taking a connected bus journey.

4. That said, Can only use PT in the weekends recreationally as the service to my software job in East Tamaki is abysmal requiring me to drive a single occupant car.Excellent Application.

5. Trains and buses are third world service, I've been stranded multiple times.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AT Issues

1. Fix AT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AT App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AT" » Open AT Mobile: Find your way » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AT » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AT Mobile: Find your way app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AT servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AT Mobile: Find your way" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AT might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AT then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AT not working


2. Fix AT Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
