Review from last post: all in all, the app is great but the in-game app is very buggy, that makes the user experience really terrible.Service status is useless, currently major delays on east rail line and have been for an hour or so, get service status says no problems...application unstable.
3. (3) The hotline promised to reply to the complaint within a few working days, but it never called back within the said limit, breaking its promise.Till the moment I rewrite this review, there has NOT been any significant improvement made to the app.
4. The app unnecessarily asks for permanent camera permission instead, raising fears of privacy breach .
5. Firstly, it was convenient to use and didn't take much time as I didn't have to wait for a phone operator like in the olden days.
6. Turned out the app was actually requesting the camera permission and the error message was wrong.
7. Now 1/4 of the screen is covered with adds!!! Don't the MTR Corp make enough $ without having to shove adds down you throat too? Navigation sucks as well now, touch the screen and it zooms to where you are.
8. I even got to see the control room!My experience is that it is plainly slow... I use the app just to check map and route suggestion.

11. Secondly, they found my phone after one night, when I went to collect, the staff were extremely kind and helpful.
