UIdaho Customer Insights
1. This app, as far as I can tell, doesn't allow the promised access to vandal web, or really offer much besides 'guides' which aren't particularly helpful in any way.
2. From a uidaho app being able to view class schedules etc would actually be helpful.Great app, easy to use.
3. Can't wait for additional guides.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UIdaho Issues
1. Fix UIdaho Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart UIdaho: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the UIdaho App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UIdaho" » Open UIdaho Mobile » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UIdaho » click "UPDATE".
- Clear UIdaho Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UIdaho servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UIdaho Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check UIdaho app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UIdaho might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall UIdaho. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UIdaho then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UIdaho not working
2. Fix UIdaho Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UIdaho be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UIdaho not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UIdaho may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
