We are going to use them in September and October 2023.this app uses a lot of battery in a ver short time, extremely inefficient Updated review - Usually all the tours that you book work out fine, but if you are in bad luck and get ripped off by the tour operator, Civitatis will side with the operator instead of the customer.

2. We Booked all our Tours and excursions through a competitor called Get Your Guide.Great, very good, preferably would like there to be more trips outside of the main tourist cities, but that's (hopefully) something that just comes along with time of Civitatis' growth.

1. Fix Civitatis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Civitatis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Civitatis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Civitatis" » Open Civitatis: Fill your trip! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Civitatis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Civitatis: Fill your trip! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Civitatis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Civitatis: Fill your trip!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Civitatis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Civitatis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Civitatis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Civitatis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Civitatis not working

2. Fix Civitatis Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Civitatis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Civitatis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Civitatis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
