1. The in store availability accuracy is also not great.ordering online is a struggle and it signed me off after I selected a pick up time snd when I arrived there were 2 orders but I only got the first partial one.

2. Metromark referred me to a customer service telephone number and spoke to a REAL person! He loaded the app on his personal phone and I followed his keystrokes - NOW I know how to use the digital coupons.

3. For instance, I can't eat peanuts or peanut products without getting diarrhea - so it's very important to me to know what might be in any substitute nut product I'm getting.Had issues using digital coupons on two separate occasions.

4. As of June 2019, it's missing one seemingly trivial feature... the ability to sort coupons, shopping list and other lists by department.

5. I need to get groceries asap and this is horrible considering I have 2 small children on my own and need this service at this time.

6. Not sure if it's intentional for maximizing attention it something, but SUPER annoying.Horrible. Had no problems for months and months, and now I get an error every time I attempt to login.
