I suspect I have been a victim of fraud through a company called SUSHI Global Invest. Someone by name Roger who claims to be a broker with this company collected my money to setup an account for me on MT5 App.

I have tried to make withdrawals but Mr Roger told me he submitted a request for withdrawal on my behalf since last week. He has since started ignoring me, I have seen any money since then and he ignores me now despite sending him several messages.

Can MT5 help to protect my money?

I would like to declare a case of scam.
At the instruction of the MetaTrader5 customer service on 09/21/2021 I transferred € 5,000 to the account 7013647201 of the United Overseas Bank in order to trade on the MetaTrader5 platform with sandwindfx. This amount has been deposited into my MetaTrader 5 account.
After my successful trade on September 22nd, 2021, I asked MT5 customer service to transfer my entire deposit to my account.
On 02.10.2021 I was informed that my account was frozen for money laundering.
This is not possible because I have officially declared money transferred from my account to United Overseas Bank.
To date I have not received any new information from the MT5 customer service, so I assume that it is a scam.

European resident living in Belgium, due to transactions done without my prior consent from uptos agents, I closed my mt5 account number 24909009458 on 05/19/2021 with a balance of 433.546,37 euros to avoid any transactions in the future. Mr Schwartz told me it was better to do like that.
I got the confirmation cause i was not able to do any activities after all on the mobile app.

It was planned that part of this balance, or even all, would be transferred to my account in Belgium.
Then Mr Adrien Schwartz from Uptos told me that I had to pay the transfer fees. Since this payement was made on 05/31/2021, I have not heard from uptos despite my messages into the uptos chat and various emails sent.

On September 14, Adrien Schwartz from uptos called me after 15 weeks of silence and said that the balance of my account which i closed on may was almost 1.000 euros.

I don't know how someone from uptos agency broke all the procedures to release this money without my approval and control. In addition, we always worked under a written contract.
I can certify that no document has been issued beyond 05/19/2021 for any transaction on my account.
MT5 is a huge trading plateform and your reputation is compromised by dishonest people who abuse their function to violate established rules.
My various contacts within this group are Eric Cousiquier, Olivier Muller, Anthony Moreau and Adrien Schwartz.

I am registered with MT5.
There is a broker on MT5 called VAROT FINANCIAL and they are just scamming people out of their hard earned money.

They have scammed me out of $3540.
Which they say has been withdrawn but not arrived in my account. It's been weeks.

This company has done this to so many people and are just getting away with it.

You can see on Google how many people's lives have been ruined by this company.

This does not look good for MT5 for having such rogue traders on your platform.

I hope MT5 deals with VAROT FINANCIAL as soon as possible, otherwise me and other people who have been scammed by rogue companies like Varot Financial will have no opportunity but to take this matter further and get the press and other authorities involved which will not look good for MT5.

I have an issue with ring.forex, who is freezing my account and they charge 25% of what they cal "tax". but tax is not paid to a company, tax is something you pay authorities. Then they claim that there is an international "tax authority" that is eligible for this 25%. Which is nonsense. I have an account with MT5 under Center Focus guide server, i have been trading for months and i have deposited almost 60000$ in this account. My total balance is 106k plus. I need to withdraw some money from my account 521220 and i made several attempts to center focus guide server customer service for that but my requests were denied and they ask me to first deposit 10% tax upfront to make any withdrawal. I have requested them to deduct the tax from my ballance but they didn't agree. Is there any guarantee to get my money after paying 10,000$ tax they asking?. Please help.. my MT5 account has been frozen.. the first withdrawal I have made was $2500, the broker said that my account have been frozen and the only way to verify it is to deposit money of same amount, which I did the first time, I manage to bought USD $2500 but with admin fees it went $24011 so the transaction failed as it went under. Broker advice me to do it again but I waited for next pay day to do so. The next transaction I made sure that it will go over $2500 so I bought another USD for $2536 and it still didn’t verify my transaction. I have been trading other currency pairs like EURUSD and GBPJPY but I have been trying for long to open Commodities and indexes chart to trade on it in my MT5 Demo account but the chart is not loading and even when the chart loads in SP500m the market order won't work

MT5 is starting to be seen as a scam and a rip off. I was tricked by a Chinese into taking out a loan which he added 1200 toward the repayment of the loan. Now after it is paid they told me due to his IP address and mines their system shows a violation of the rules which they gave no such rule upon taking out the loan. Now they said I must add an additional $4000 before I can withdraw my money. This is strange and I believe they are scamming people out of their moneys.
