I initiated a withdrawal via wire transfer on 5/23/22 and was advised it would normally be instantaneous but could take 2-4 business days. Nothing has happened with the request and no one has contacted me to let me know if something is wrong on the withdrawal form. I live in Mexico. A day ago a representative from MetaQuotes software contacted me informing me that an amount of $14,480 dollars are still on my account. This profit l gained it last year doing some investments with MetaTrade5. Back then I was told that I had no gains due to a bad decision I had made. So I considered all lost

I am new customer to DACFX and deposited 421 dollars. However, the trading feature did not fits me and decided to withdraw my money. Due to this I repeatedly tried to withdraw my money.

I have choose TRP forex as my broker to trade in forex. I deposited 2245 usd and started trading with them and now when i made a profit of total 6439 usd and i want to withdraw my funds they contacted me through email that i have to pay advance tax of 20% of the total amount of 6439 or i cannot withdraw my funds. So i paid advanced tax and after paying the amount for tax they simply blocked my account and i lost my total money. After i complained in few of the forum they unblocked my account and traded on my behalf and made my account to minus -308.70 usd and again disabled my account and will most probably show this on the platform to blame the customer made a loss and they cannot pay. Please look i to this matter its a humble request.

on 11-Feb-2022 I have placed an order via your platform for BTCUSD.PE with volume 150, SL 43598.00 and TP 44058.76. The order was executed with the price 43657.80. During the trade I have changed the SL several times. Last change to the SL was from value SL 43250.00 to value SL 43285.00. Unfortunately the order was closed at 42826.15 and NOT at my set up value SL 43285.00! This incorrect closure (instead at my configured/set up SL 43285.0) at the value 42826.15 which is far beyond what I have set up, has resulted into the complete loss of my funds in my account instead of just having a loss until my set up SL (43657.80 - 43285.00 = 372.80 per 1 unit ==>> for 150 units it is US$ 559200.00). This means I would have still remaining funds in my balance on my account and NOT lost eveything due to this mistake from the MT5 App/platform!!! You can clearly see in the journal (logs) of the MT5 App that since the beginning of the trade and initiating the order, the several changes I made to the SL all have been accepted and executed, including the last change to the SL 43285.00.
Please get that wrong order closure corrected and get my funds provided back to my account immediately! Additionally you should put in everything possible to avoid/prevent such things from happening. Customers of the MT5 App are relying on the correct functionality, especially while trading on your platform either within the MT5 Desktop or Mobile App.

After a few days we got in contact by whatsapp in which she showed me how to use MetaTrader 5 in Demo, then convence me to use the version Absa Financial Limited my account 570546- AbsaFinancial-Live. A totals $29,647.73 was desposite from my bank account in which gain profit in MetaTrader 5 then requesting to withdraw all the profit and ask to pay the taxes in which I paid it, they freeze my account for under investigation and ask me to pay another amount of money. I start to investigate and realize I'm victim a scam. I filled a complaing at my bank and in MetaTrader 5 custumer service.

I used a translation app. Spanish is my preferred language.

After reading many others complaints it looks like we have all been taken. I invested $25K with a investment company Jiaxing Incorporated LTD. When I asked to release this money they would not do it unless I paid a commission. I know this is a scam. Is there anyway I can get this money back?

I can’t find assistance anywhere when it comes to meta trader 5. I just want to make a withdrawal from it an it’s crazy because it’s literally taken me days just to get a wallet set up with my broker. I have been asking him how i to make a withdrawal for some time now and it seems like I’m always getting the run around. I see that when you click file an scroll down you will see deposit and withdrawal, but it’s greyed out so I can’t click on it I don’t know why.

I have been trading with an Analyst, and something went wrong, I lost $80,000, after having put all of my money in. It went into negative, and I am being told by my Analyst that I have until tomorrow - the 15th to pay back $9000 to MT5. I don't have this? I need to speak to someone at MT5 about this debt?

Hi I just wanted to ask if my funds transferred into MT5, can the broker withdraw my funds? because the broker I'm using now is asking for a "15% international personal income tax" and froze my account until I pay this "tax" I'm afraid of being scammed. Is my funds on MT5 safe from the broker? Is there a way to ensure once I paid the "Tax" they will release my account?

Dear sir or madam, I've been using the MT5 to trade with a broker named Treasure Forex. However when I tried to withdraw money from this broker they froze my account and asked me to pay 15% "international Personal Taxes", otherwise they will start charging 5% daily penalty after 3 days.
Is this normal practice? they are effectively blackmailing me for 15% of my earnings to unlock my account I suspect.

I have been connected by an agent and they have advised me my funds are sitting in my MT5 Account. Could you verify this is correct and how do I withdraw any funds since the App is not allowing me to do so since I believe it is a demo account and the funds are not realistically there.

I don't have an actual complaint, I am just trying to contact Customer Services to resolve an issue of Money I am not sure I owe. I use an analyst on the MT5 Platform. They were recommended to me by someone I don't really know that well. I accumulated around $80,000 with them over a period of months. Then it appeared I traded twice on the same Trade? I have no idea? I am new to this. I very quickly lost all my $80,000 including the $30,000 I put in. it came out saying I also owed $9,103 ? - - How is this possible? and do I really owe this? I thought there were things in place, so that you only lost what you invested. My problem is, the Analyst now says I owe MT5 $9,103, and had 3 days to pay ? now 1 day? I don't have this kind of money now ! Can you let me know who I can speak to about this please. I do not want to owe money, or have debt. I don't know where to go with this issue. I already submitted an issue with one of MT5 broker center focus guide global which was later on banned on MT5 platform and since then i am not been able to login to my MT5 account no. 521220 and I have a ballance of 81000$ approximately. I made so many requests for withdrawal of my money but was denied and they asked me to submit 10% tax of total amount. I did submitted that tax amount of 8000$ but wasn't able to withdraw my money. Hi, I believe I am victim of a scam. First it's from a dating app from a woman that claims to be a business owner in Singapore and convinces me to deposit funds and then I get in touch with the account manager via Line but as soon as I mention I want to withdraw all the funds, he conveniently disappears. I haven't heard anything since November 4th 2021 and I'm convinced it is a scam.
