  Hi,
  I’ve had a trading account with metatrader 4 for about a year with initial investment of £37,295. The account has been emptied and unable to contact broker and mobile numbers all discontinued. Reported to the fraud squad in the UK and said to contact MetaTrader first as they must respond. We need to know where that money has gone as it’s my life savings,

• Why my stop loss is executed while the actual trading on that moment did not hit the price?
  Example, my trade on XAUUSD I have set a stop loss on 1672. But the highest price on the candle at that moment is 1671.78, why my stop loss is executed at 1672.05 price? Is this a software problem? Can you give me an answer why would this happened? I loss my money on these position.

• The lot size in depth of market scrolls rapidly in Depth of Market tool. I cannot get it to stop scrolling through numbers so that I can enter a lot size. I am on a demo account and using Macbook Pro 2019 version 11.6.4

• Hi there,
  I am in need of some information if possible. My name is Neil Lawrie and i supposedly have an account with you Lgin Number is 2110037613 and password is waJ7fs. I did not set up this account as my so-called broker from Finvesting set this up for me. I started to invest in trading but i was quickly conned and coerced by a Company called Finvesting. This company has taken all my money from me and many other people that i know of. This company is using MT$ and taking money from their customers and supposedly investing it using your platform. I have much more information and evidence that this company is scamming people from Europe, UK and many other places. I can see that my money is in MT or supposedly it is there but i am not sure if it is. I can send you more details if you can get in touch. They are telling me i can only withdraw my total amount of money in MT4 which currently stands at 104,000USD and i need to pay 20% commission to withdraw it back to Binance. These people and this company is scamming many others and they need to be stopped. PLeas ei need your help and guidance with this matter. If they are using your platform there is maybe a way to trace or track them. This incident has been report to my bank and the UK police. I believe that they are working from Switzerland but unable to pinpoint their location. I would be so grateful if you can get in touch and help me. They have taken all my money , life saving and children's money away. They will keep doing this unless they are stopped.

• My name is Ashley Camel, I have been using the MT4 App for quite a while and I had run in to a very strange issue this morning when I was trading.  I had an order set and after it was put in, the market froze.  Shortly after it started moving again, the app deleted my order then put me in above my original entry I had for the buy with a take profit set already below the entry?  I want to know how I can get refunded my money from that trade because there is no possible way I could have enter it and it would have set. I have a screenshot attached of my trade history so you can see what I am talking about. Please let me know how I can send it! I have never had a problem with the app, this is the first time I am experiencing this kind of thing

• Demo Account number 335103, the history of these pairs (eurusd, gbpusd, nas100, us30) only starts from October 2019 until today 29 March 2021. Nothing for 2018, 2017, 2016 etc. Then bitcoin also starts October 2019 until July 2021, no recent information.

• Hello, I recently put in a "sell" and set a take-profit, the take profit didn't work, twice. I checked on the trade later and it displayed the trade in the negative even though the candle was far below my sell line. I don't believe I've done anything on my end to cause this and now the market is closed so I'm concerned for what might happen to my account once the market opens back up. Please help.
