1. Having to manually sign in every single time in front of a customer is just a pain this app would be great paired with the physical readers that are available if I could sign in with my fingerprint.I really like the service and the flexibility of the app.
2. The password doesn't save, so you have to input your 8 digit combination password over and over.It works BUT the authorize button it's right at your hand and 9 times out of 10 the signatures are incomplete for bumping on the button prematurely.
3. Clients still bumping into the authorize button and processing prematurely before signature can be completed.There needs to be a place to write a reference on the receipt.
4. Have customers standing here waiting for nonsense.easy to use, the only improvement i would suggest is when you are logged out for inactivity, that you are returned to the home screenApplication crashes every time you try and set receipt in settings.
5. I put in the correct login info for 4 months and it is a hit and miss, more miss then hit.You have to login every single time, it is such a hassle.
6. We would love to be able to put a reference or customer name on transaction.I would give it no stars if I could.
7. Every single other app does this app has not been updated since 2019 please consider adding this feature.
8. When its time to change your password you can't log in until you get on computer and change password.
9. Hasn't been updated since 2015? How is this possible?It works when it wants to.
10. I tried to email you instead of leaving this review but you don't read the emails sent to that address anymore.
11. Constantly kicks us out when our passwords are valid and u have to re login with every transaction.
