Why should I report an Issue with True Contact - Real Caller ID?

1. Easy to set up and use.10% because I don't get the identity of callers to my pone when they call so why do say it's True Caller? I'm disappointed & u could better.Shame on true contact that you have made this fake app.also shame on play store to keep these apps on storeNot useful ..the search shows only not found..very badWorthless, keeps crashing.Not giving any information.

2. After update it's not working properly, didn't identify numbers, didn't shown WhatsApp calls in call log... Everytime shows that "couldn't connect try again" so many bugs!not a good app.

1. Fix True Contact Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart True Contact: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the True Contact App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "True Contact" » Open True Contact - Real Caller ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for True Contact » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear True Contact - Real Caller ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from True Contact servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "True Contact - Real Caller ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check True Contact app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, True Contact might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall True Contact. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall True Contact then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing True Contact not working

2. Fix True Contact Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make True Contact be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to True Contact not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, True Contact may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
